Job Description

Customer Service Executive
Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving relevant results if needed
  • Manage a large number of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build lasting trust relationships through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, authentic and complete information using the correct methods / tools
  • Meet personal / team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Address complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep customer interaction records, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Make more efforts to engage customers
  • Resolve customer complaints by phone, email, mail or social media
  • Use the phone to contact the customer and confirm the account information
  • Greet customers warmly and find out the problem or reason to call
  • Cancel or upgrade account
  • Assist with making orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Provide advice on company information
  • Get payment information and other relevant information such as address and telephone number
  • Make or cancel an order
  • Answer questions about the guarantee or conditions of sale
  • Suggest a solution when the product does not work
  • Conduct product withdrawals
  • Attempts to convince customers to reconsider cancellation
  • Inform customers about offers and promotions
  • Sell products and services
  • Work with customer service managers to ensure accurate customer service is delivered
  • Close or open call records
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Handling policy changes or reforms
