Client Background: Established MNC
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Headcount:5
Tenure: Permanent (Base on working permit)
Remuneration: Basic + Allowance +attractive benefit scheme
Responsibilities:
  • to ensure operating systems are functioning properly and report to Senior of shift if it fails;
to process client's request via phone call, live chat, service desk, email;
  • to update clients on their request status accordingly;
  • to constantly verify documents submitted by client within specific region on hourly basis
  • to attend all seminar scheduled by the company for the employee;
  • to answer clients questions related to the company product via live chat, phone and email;
  • to escalate clients requests and complaints to appropriate specialists;
  • to gather client’s feedback, identify problem trend and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement;
  • to follow up all operational issues;
  • to perform other tasks assigned by management within the competence.
  • Requirements:
    • Languages: Native speaker for specific region (Vietnamese & English — fluent)
    • Degree of Higher education;
    • Minimum 2 year of working experience in customer service;
    • Open to fresh graduates too(Vietnamese Native)
    • Skilled PC user;
    • Basic mathematical skills.
