to process client's request via phone call, live chat, service desk, email;
to update clients on their request status accordingly; to constantly verify documents submitted by client within specific region on hourly basis to attend all seminar scheduled by the company for the employee; to answer clients questions related to the company product via live chat, phone and email; to escalate clients requests and complaints to appropriate specialists; to gather client’s feedback, identify problem trend and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement; to follow up all operational issues; to perform other tasks assigned by management within the competence.Requirements:- Languages: Native speaker for specific region (Vietnamese & English — fluent)
- Degree of Higher education;
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in customer service;
- Open to fresh graduates too(Vietnamese Native)
- Skilled PC user;
- Basic mathematical skills.
