  • Organise meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge.
  • Assist the Senior Director, Customer Service in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. Eg: prepare slides for presentation and provides basic analysis into CS-related data and information under the instructions of the Senior Director, Customer Service.
  • Manage Senior Director, Customer Service office in his/her absence and ensure all matters requiring the Senior Director, Customer Service's attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.
  • Any other CS-related duties and tasks assigned by the Senior Director, Customer Service.
  • Organise and minute monthly CS Meetings and /or co-ordinate key or large scale Customer Service or company events including conferences, visitor lunches and recreation activities.
  • Collate data and documentation for CS reporting, ensuring deadlines are compiled for submission of Customer Service reports and other documentation.
  • Department administrator including tracking leave & attendance of CS Managers.
  • Arrangement for travel & accommodation needs for CS participants & contact designated hotels to make bookings and oversee any other logistics arrangements.
  • Department administrator including department purchases management.
  • Organise and maintain an up-to-date filing system that provides quick and efficient reference
  • Coordinate with other departments coordinators to ensure that administrative office information and procedures are updated and complied with efficiently.
  • Process new claims and Purchase Requisitions for Customer Service Department
  • Handle all administrative and confidential work for the Senior Director, Customer Service to facilitate the efficient functioning of the CS team
  • Process department incentive payouts for revenue generating activities for qualified CSAs
  • Administer incentive programmes such as staff awards, loyalty points, sales leads etc

. Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
. Typically requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 3- 4 years of working experience.
