•Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
•Provide customer support using the English or Mandarin language via phone , email or Chat
•Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
•Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.
•Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
•Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree level or equivalent..
•Candidate with Degree level qualification in other fields of study are also encouraged to apply
