Responsibilities
  • Answering customer queries regarding the company's products.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customers trading inquires would be an important part of this role.
  • Address customers feedback as well as complaints professionally to get best outcome for all parties.
  • Providing important updates to customers via supported communication channels.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Economics or related majors
  • At least 2 year(s) or above in operations / FX operations or experience at Banking / Financial Service or institutions.
  • Must be able to speak in Mandarin language due to our business nature
