Job Description: · Education: Any Graduation · Fresh graduate or experience in content management or customer service · Excellent : English Communication skills, both written and verbal · Since the job involves providing support on phone calls, experience in International Voice support in a customer service/contact center environment would be an advantage · Experience in Content management is also preferred
