Responsibilities / Introduction

  • To attend to customer calls or queries, including logging in details to the helpdesk service.
  • 1st level support for web application & mobile apps related issue/request.
  • To ensure desired customer delight by providing satisfactory response to customer interaction.
  • Provide assistant or guidance to customer by channelling to queries to relevant teams for follow up
  • To track and ensure that all calls or queries are been addressed and closed by the relevant team.

Requirement
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in Mandarin and English
  • Preferably with Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to work in shift: 730am-430pm, 130pm-1030pm and 1030pm-730am (5 days work per week) & MUST be able to work during CNY (depends on schedule arrangement)
  • Experience: At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience as IT service desk.
  • Require Skill: Basic understanding of web application, HTML & CSS.
  • Patience, desire to solve problems, able to work in fast pace environment, self-independent.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Problem solver and technology enthusiast, positive mindset, team player and follow superiors instructions.
