The Job

You will be responsible for :
  • Attending to enquiries across various channels or escalated issues from team members
  • Developing and driving the implementation of SOPs
  • Conducting training for new employees as well as the current team to improve quality service
  • Performing quality assurance and identifying room for improvment
  • Ensuring customer feedback is relayed to the relevant team
  • Monitoring team's performance and ensuring service levels are met

The Profile

You have 4 years experience in Customer Service role and ideally, have experience in a managerial role. With outstanding communication skills, you have a strong knowledge of customer service management and are able to manage and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. You are quick on your toes and are able to diagnose issues and provide appropriate resolution in a professional manner.
