Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Handle customer calls & e-communication with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues
  • Deliver first class, professional customer service to Wanda Auto Car existing and potential customers.
  • Deliver front line customer services to ensure resolution of enquiries and complaints.
  • Handle cases and escalate the issues by working with internal stakeholders to resolve it.
  • Follows established procedures for each service request, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Perform constant follow-up with customers, salesperson and internal division and update system immediately till the closure of enquiry or complaint in timely manner.
  • Able to multi-task, act promptly with an eye for details, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends and public holidays
  • Senior has to assist the Manager in managing and supervising a team of junior employees while also supporting the daily operation
  • Senior will be responsible to implementing and executing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks given by the superior

  • Possess a min SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in hospitality/airline/automotive retails.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa. Good command in spoken Mandarin is an additional advantage.
  • Basic understanding on car dealer and maintenance will be an advantage.
  • Preferably from Hotel/Automotive/Airline background. Working experience in Startup company before will be an advantage
  • Candidate must able to drive car and holding a D/DA driving license.
  • Customer service attitude and presentable appearance.
  • Confident, mature and have continuous improvement mindset.
  • Customer service oriented and believes that ‘customer comes first’.
  • Must be computer literate. Minimum Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • High competence in problem solving and problem analysis skills will be advantage
  • Candidate must willing to work at Selayang.
