As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships in the region
You will also be responsible for
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction through frequent follow ups.
- Ensuring customers understand how to maximise the platform's potential.
- Developing a friendly rapport with customers and supporting them through their queries
- Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success, Customer Service or Sales Operations/ Support role, ideally within the E-commerce industry.
- Prior experience with Zendesk and Zopim is desirable.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are able to build strong relationships by communicating effectively.
