Our client is a warehouse centre for small to medium businesses to store and keep track of their goods using the online platform. They aim to help businesses reduce wastage and get real-time updates of their goods. They are growing rapidly and aiming to bring in delivery services for their clients as well.The Job
You will be responsible for :
Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.
Partnering with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.
Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
Ensuring a high level of customer renewals.
Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.
Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations.
You have at least 6 years experience within a B2B sales/ account management or Customer Success role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics and Ecommerce industry.
You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.
Experience within Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
Experience covering Industrial & Manufacturing is strong plus.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
Occasional regional travelling may be required.
