Job Title: Data Center Operator
Location: KL
Duration: Permanent with Infinite Computer Solutions
Job Description:

Monitor / Manage all Batch Job component especially: Core Banking Batch job related that impacting business requirements. Well versa on batch job operation start / end status and monitoring. Be able to 1st level troubleshooting on network command, server command during batch job issue. Perform escalation to necessary support group on batch job / monitoring status alert within service level requirements. (Batch-job system Control-M tool)
1. First Level troubleshooting on batch /alert issue.
2. Batch job system Control-M, Network connectivity and system alert response
3. Knowledgeable in problem determination approach for resolution batch job / system alert related issue
4. Guided by Data Center Operation Checklist.
Key Responsibilities:

The major responsibilities of the Onsite Technical Support include:
* Analyzing first level problems of batch job / system alert notification / network alert notification
* Supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to customer requirements
* Performs a variety of tasks or processes following established procedures or practices within shift group assign to lead
* Uses judgment in choosing task/routine.
* Adapt client working culture.
* Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned with data center operation.
Primary Skills Required:

Technical Skill on Batch Job Operation and Server operating system and understand how client work in this environment. Knowledge on application flow base on procedure document. Be able to advise diagnose on next of technical trouble shooting approach base on client IT environments.
Have experience in End User IT working environment and understand business user working culture.

Secondary Good to have skills:

Batch System Application / Data Center Operation Facility
(Mon-Fri or Indicate shift or on call if applicable): Business Operation
- 12 hours Shift Operation. Working Schedule base on Data Center Duty Roaster
- On -Call basis for emergency case / business requirements during off-days or after hour for adhoc support request.
