At least 1 year hands-on experience with IT desktop / laptop support
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem solving skills
Must demonstrate ability to work well independently, as well as within teams as required
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues (Desktop & Laptop)
Troubleshooting and resolving OS and application issues
Installing and configuration MS Outlook, antivirus, network & USB printers
Basic network knowledge (LAN & WAN)
