Job Description

• Familiar with the fundamental principles of ITIL/SLA
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills
• Should have hands on working experience in Window, Unix, Oracle DB, Network (Juniper), Storage (HPE Store One) & Backup (Micro Focus)
• Degree or relevant technical discipline required
• Able to support on weekends if required
