Role: Client Support Specialist
- Ticket management.
- Basic Oracle/SQL DB knowledge of RDBMS
- Java, debugging java code and analysing stack trace.
- Webservices (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML
- Basic network troubleshooting – eg. Netstat, telnet, traceroute.
- Windows Server Environments knowledge – eg. Checking server health, Perf stats.
- Unix/Linux basic knowledge – eg. Navigation of system, Health check.
- API Testing – SOAP UI/Postman
- ITIL processes, incident management, problem management and change management.
