What you will do

As a DevOps Engineer you will code and operate next generation highly scalable, highly reliable data solutions. In this role, you will need the ability to build compelling, client oriented solutions in an iterative methodology. You bring an innovative mind, a proven track record of delivering new client-facing software products, rigorous analytical skills, and a passion for leading teams to create market-leading software for savvy business clients and you are our fit.

  • Maintain our digital marketing platform
  • Manage and operate our big data environment
  • Continuously improve our infrastructure to be easy to deploy, scalable, secure and fault-tolerant
  • Create infrastructure automation best practices
  • Work closely with our partners to meet the needs of our organization to stay competitive - from the infrastructure up to the highest level of applications.
  • Work with a geographically dispersed team to ensure continuity of support and expertise
  • Ensure enterprise demand management through proper planning, estimation, and sizing of infrastructure needs in a cloud based environment.
  • Be responsible for cost management/optimization balanced with SLA
What skills and experience you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • At least 4 years of experience building and managing large distributed systems – ideally in an agile environment
  • At least 6 years of experience with leading edge technologies such as Java, Ruby, Python, Scala, AngularJS
  • Strong engineering and technology background with the ability to go deep into DevOps technology solutions
  • Experience working with cloud based infrastructure in AWS or Azure or Google Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience in managing operations and projects with multiple models of delivery (in-house, managed service, outsourced).
  • Demonstrated experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
