Why does this job exist and why is it critical​Responsible for the planning, tracking, and daily execution of programmatic media buying in the Digital team. High focus on results-driven media buying with close integration of the user web and online store experience.
What are you accountable for- Monitoring Digital Marketing KPIs for your specific Product
- Media buying on various programmatic platforms (including Facebook and Google)
- Campaign ideation & planning, setup and segmentation in collaboration with Marcomm team, aligning efforts with Web, App, Analytics, as well as Base Marketing teams
- Monitoring, reporting and optimization of ongoing campaigns - including ad tagging and trafficking
- Post-campaign reporting and feedback to marcomm team
- Identify and develop new opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers and increase sales
- Feedback to product, web, and marcomm team on insights to improve product development, customer experience and customer segmentation
- Work alongside agency partner for overall Planning of Digital Marketing go-to-market and always-on campaigns, including Search.
What do you need to have for this role- Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma
- Preferably with IT related training / academic background.
- Min 3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution and data analysis
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Different insight methodologies and analytic techniques
- Fluency with data dictionary and segmentation
- ​Familiar with cloud advertising technology/data stacks like DMP, Google Analytics, Big Query
- Familiar with executing best practices in all digital functions including ecommerce, acquisition marketing, social & base marketing
- Demonstrated experience and success in digital marketing, media planning & analytics
- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
