Job Description :
  • Experienced in onboarding of customers (admin related tasks such as filling/checking application forms, adhering to bank protocols, processing applications)
  • Well organised and able to multitask between handling customer calls, processing application forms and following up with internal and external stakeholders to successfully onboard an online account application
  • Experience in customer service is essential
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office - especially in excel and tracking of application cases
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
