Why does this job exist and why is it critical​
This role is responsible to conceptualize and launch solutions and managed services that can solve ICT challenges facing the SMB in Malaysia. The successful incumbent will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Network Services, etc. to ensure successful Go-to-Market.
What are you accountable for
  • Productize Digital Workspace solutions and services to generate new revenue growth.
  • Understand customer persona, capture market trends, perform competitive analytics and keep up to date with the industry in relation to digital transformation, future of work, enterprise mobility, laptop-as-a-service, endpoint security, cloud productivity suite and more.
  • Formulate product strategy, outline product roadmap and identify product value propositions.
  • Scout, evaluate and propose new solutions that can enhance the Digital Workspace portfolio offering.
  • Work on business case, perform forecast on product take-up and ensure the meeting of P&L of solutions responsible.
  • Ensure successful Go-to-market planning and execution, and work closely with Marketing to drive though leadership initiatives.
  • Support Sales on customer presentation, preparation of tender documents, etc.
  • Propose improvements on customer journey and customer experience.

What you need to have for this role
  • A recognized degree in IT, Computing, Marketing, Business or Engineering with at least 3-5 years relevant working experience
  • Previous experience in product management/marketing, product development or business development role in telco or IT industry is preferred
  • Possess good presentation skill and proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • With analytical skills to perform market and customer analysis
  • Knowledge in End User Computing, Enterprise Mobility Management, Cloud, Unified Communication, IT services would be a plus.
