Job Title - Dynamics Business / Capability Lead position
Location – Malaysia.
Duration - 6 Month - 12 Month
Experience/Skills Required:
• Candidate is expected to be flexible in their working hours in order to cover Asia, Europe and Americas as this is a World Wide / Global role
• Candidate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales) background would be preferred
• Able to lead and work in an agile team environment, effectively partnering with other departments and groups (work with cross functional team)
• Ability to understand architecture design and have basic design thinking skill
• Ability to work with the Business representatives (Cross 10 Markets) and IT representative in the development of complex business requirements and then see through the implementation of the solutions end to end from the entire Project Management Life Cycle starting from Requirement Gathering till Go-Live and continue with tracking, monitoring and improving the delivered solutions. (basic project management knowledge)
• Ability to understand business process / requirement into system solution with the help of IT
• Reach across functional lines to understand issues and drive solutions (basic analytics skills)
• Be innovative when reviewing existing solution to look for opportunity for automation and simplification to optimize the Sales User experience
• Has proven problem resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills (stakeholder management and problem management skill is a must)
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully and efficiently manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
• Can easily adapt to new technology and have the ability to understand how to implement new technology into the system
• Clearly communicates ideas in a variety of formats (verbal comm, written comm, process flow diagram and many more)
• Be able to lead in the area / solutions that you are managing (lead both IT and Operation Team)
• Has a Sales User Experience mindset with an appropriate level of flexibility-understanding the needs of internal Sales and Partners. Using good judgment to make the best business decisions while maintaining positive relationships.
