Job Description

PJ Reports To : Senior Digital & Marcom Executive Additional Reports : General Manager / Regional Sales Manager (Singapore)
Responsibilities: Manage social media (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp and emails pertaining to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure that customers’ inquiries are responded within 24 hours turnaround time during working days. Identify and propose new creative ways to utilize social media and e-commerce website to strengthen marketing, sales and customer engagements. Provide a high standard of customer satisfaction and service to a growing customer base, ensuring that an efficient, courteous and professional manner is upheld at all times
  • Identify trends and insights from different regions and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties in e-commerce and digital marketing activities. Develop innovative ideas, create, proofread and publish engaging contents for digital and print materials. Plan, execute and manage e-commerce promotions and social media campaigns. Manage company’s e-commerce website and user engagement activities.
  • Assist in digital projects as required from time to time.
  • Support company activities, events, roadshows and any other ad-hoc tasks. Contribute to digital marketing effectiveness by identifying issues and proposing solutions. Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers and co-workers. Communicate and work closely with Sales, Service, Product Marketing and Event & Training team.
    Job Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business studies or any related discipline 3-4 years’ experience in E-Commerce website, marketplaces and Digital Marketing Added advantage if possess regional experience, especially handling Singapore market remotely. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language. Chinese language will be an added advantage. Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
  • Ability to work independently with positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Experience in using social media platforms, e-commerce website management and campaigns management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patient and steady when handling client requirement
  • Possess self-confidence and able to actively interact with all relevant parties Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement Possess basic designing skills and software knowledge such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator would be an added advantage
