Job Scope

  • Reports to Marketing Manager with a primary function to manage e-commerce store and social media sales.

  • Beat online sales KPI set, strive to improve conversion, and manage customer service online.

  • Manage product catalog, images, product content, pricing, and inventory and work with enablers to ensure e-marketplaces are aligned with online merchandising strategy, seasonal calendar, and brand guidelines.

  • Ensure fulfillment from orders to delivery and post-sales management.

  • Maintain promotional calendar with the aim to hit sales target and communicate internally with internal teams to execute online specific promotional calendar or integrated marketing campaigns according to brand campaign calendar.

  • Monitor and analyze daily/weekly sales according to KPI.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competition activities.

  • Presales and aftersales services to customers (queries, complaints).

  • Manage complaints and feedbacks.

  • To chat with customers within the given timelines and targets.

  • To reply emails sent by customers within the targets set by the desk.

  • To engage in Social Media messages /comments.

  • Act as an ambassador for the company when communicating with its users.

  • Ensure adherence to operational Processes & Procedures

  • Support the management team by providing necessary reports in an agreed timeline.

  • Acts as a back-up and assists Assistant Managers –Social Media in the operational management to ensure both operational targets and service levels are achieved.

  • Responsible for day-to-day running of social media channels broadcast and responsive accordingly.

  • Driving company products on 3rd party online marketplaces as well as in-house online stores

  • Identify 3rd party online advertising and promotional opportunities, monitoring their success and ROI

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in E-Commerce/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

  • At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • A proactive self-starter

  • Able to build a strong relationship with external customers/ business partners.
