Job DescriptionIn this position you will be part of iVE intel Validation Engineering AVE (Analog Validation Engineering) team focus on electrical validation to guarantee product compliance and performance to PRQ.
Your responsibility include but not limited to:
Own defining test plan for the given IP or IO to ensure right electrical coverage on component spec compliance and performance
Own power on debug and execution for EV activity
Own test result review with designer and put up recommendation for each stepping tape in and PRQ
Own developing test script test content and automation solution
Own providing EV board requirement and design feedback
Work with EVC to develop and update progress indicator
Qualifications
Possess hands on experience in post Si electrical validation activity be it Bench Design Validation, Signal Integrity Validation or System Margining Validation
Familiar with validation technique and electrical compliance requirement for either high speed serial bus parallel bus or low speed buses like GPIO
Familiar with DFT usage in EV environment
Experience in operating EV equipment and tool example BERT oscilloscope sightest eye diagram tool etc
Experience in Python, Pearl or any form of scripting for HW access or automation
Circuit architectural knowledge high speed transmission theory and digital design knowledge is a plus
