Job Purpose *
The main responsibility of the role is to deliver and meet business demands within the agreed timeline and allocated
budget. The person to manage various business stakeholders from IT and Businesses. He / She helps to prioritise/filter
business demands based on IT capacity and capability. The role covers Malaysia only.
Key Responsibilities *
1. Perform assessment for Projects / CRs / ITSR & PIF
Upon assignemnt, arrange meetings/discussions with business to understand their plan and requirements.
Review, prioritise and refine initiatives together with business.
Challenge the quality, rebustness and completeness of the requirements.
2. Obtain and deliver High Level Cost, High Level Solution (HLS) and High Level Estimate (HLE)
in time
The center liasion person for costing and timeline coordination.
Work closely with other pillars Demand, Development, Delivery and Vendors for HLS, HLE and Timeline.
Establish know how and develop working relationships to get other teams to commit to the timeline.
Monitor and follow up closely on the committed dates systematically.
Discuss and align internally within GT including EAS on the proposed solution.
Review Resources Capacity, High Level Cost, HLS, and HLE before releasing to Business Stakeholders.
Involve in vendor clarification and negotiation for faster SLA.
3. Prepare and deliver TSW, TSD & TSD Waiver in time
Once HLE has been accepted, be the key person to coordinate and work on the budgetary documentation
TSW and TSD.
Work closely with dedicated EAS personnel on GSRC approval
Prepare and ready the documentation in time for business submission to IT budget Secretariat
4. Deliver Projects / CRs within timeline and budget
The center liason person for implementation and delivery.
Work closely with various IT leads, Delivery Leads and Testing team for kick off readiness.
Monitor projects and CRs progression to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve issues / road blocks and hurdles independently.

Update and maintain report promptly.
Foresight and highlight potential timeline and budgetary risks to internal and external stakeholders in
advance.

Typically requires at least 5 years working expereince as a business analyst or a
role from IT project management environment with good customer exposure and
business acumen.

Project Management skill
Ability to gather requirements needed for service request and for issues escalated.
Strong knowledge in transaction banking operations, products, services and technology
such as Payment, Collection, Trade and Security.

Possess a pleasure interpersonal skill.
Strong in communication for both written and verbal.
Ability to empathize by listening, understanding and relating to the thoughts, emotions or
experience of others.
Demonstrated understanding of current trends and issues affecting the use of
information technology in the transaction banking industry.
Demonstrated a track record for solving complex problems with a high-level of
understanding of technical specification related to IT business user needs.
Stakeholder and relationship management skills to maintain effective internal and
external partnerships.
Ability to analyze critically, problem solve, initiate change and accept responsibility.
Highly developed organizational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to
meet regular deadlines.
Ability to write reports, routine business correspondence and prepare presentations.
