Develop Maxis enterprise below-the-line sales transformation as a showcase for new ways of working through value propositions, branding and solutions. Drive consistent user experience across all channels.
What are you accountable for
  • Develop and grow enterprise BTL channel as a showcase for new ways of working. You are required to develop an enterprise presence, value proposition and one-stop shop fulfilment for sales.
  • Develop enterprise retail marketing strategy to drive acquisition, enhance our customer touch points and empower digital adoption to our enterprise customers.3. Enhance the customer experience and awareness of products through the right communication strategy and drive efficiencies and speed to market as well as driving consistent user experience and branding across all channels.
  • Develop and execute overall BTL/Sales framework, process and content roadmap that can be replicated and expandable across properties and dealership.
  • Plan, develop, execute & monitor BTL marketing promotions according to enterprise marketing program.
  • Co-develop with enterprise Sales to empower channels or develop new channels with solution sales capability.
  • Support other marketing activities including external events and forums ensuring consistent Maxis value proposition. Participate in the creation of value propositions for enterprise product offers.

What do you need to have to fit for the role
  • The ideal candidate will have a mix of skills and experience that include customer experience (retail and/or support), BTL marketing, creative direction and production
  • This role demands strong ability to develop and manage relationships with other organisation, requiring a high degree of communication skills to influence and align stakeholders including Sales, Customer Experience & Operations and Sales and Services Organisations.
  • Support large GTM projects across the wider Channel Marketing team and be responsible for seamless execution and on-time delivery along with managing the retail budget.
  • Native speakers for Mandarin language encouraged.
