Why does this job exist and why is it critical​
  • The candidate will be the technical lead and subject matter expert responsible for leading the ServiceNow (CSM, FSM) and Salesforce (CRM & CPQ) Operations Maintenance, Support and Development.
  • Responsible for system availability ensuring end-to-end service value chain including 3PP applications
  • Develop system development & maintenance program with relevant support functions to meet time to market deployment/support activity & service/security compliance
  • Manage and Govern business demand flow to meet Maxis Business requirements
  • Drive product Vendor performance to meet the SLA through consistent governance of the deliverables, productivity and support service to ensure conformance to key performance measure
What do you need to have for this role:
  • Total Relevant Experience: 4 - 6 years in System Development, Operations Maintenance & Support in ServiceNow and/or Salesforce Platform
  • Experience in Order Management, Service Catalog, APEX programming, Angular JS, SOQL, CSS, React, and webservices (JSON, XML).
  • Technical experience in Javascript, Shell scripting & job scheduling.
  • Good technical knowledge in Salesforce (CRM & CPQ), Service Now (CSM and FSM), Quip, Heroku environment.
