Job Description

  • UI Design & maintain wireframes, mockups & specifications for user experience across all digital assets (mobile, web, app, etc.)
  • Wear multiple hats of UI/UX and research.
  • Collaborate & create world-class user experiences that support and reinforce the company's vision, brand and business objectives across all platforms
  • Take ownership of the design be an active facilitator to collaborate and communicate the thinking with other designers, product managers, engineers, strategy, analytics and salespeople
  • Build strong relationships and help your team collaborate across the organization
  • Ability to collaborate closely with the business, research, product, and IT teams
  • Understand the goals of the businesses and stakeholders and align the team people to these objectives, setting clear priorities and direction.
  • Influence businesses, teams, and individuals positively. Leading by example and establishing confident relationships with senior stakeholders.
Experience, Knowledge and Skill
  • You must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch and Zeplin
  • Experience designing and building large scale interactions designs that meet business goals
  • You do whatever it takes to convince your team of your design idea - a whiteboard scribble, a quick sharpie sketch, prototypes or polished code
  • User-centered and data-driven design is baked into everything you create, across desktop and mobile interfaces
  • Conceptual design skills along with pattern-thinking UI skills.
  • Passion for Internet trends across any industry - you probably start your morning with a scan of the latest digital trends
