Job Description :
- to assist the Dept Mgr in developing fair human resource management & administration management policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them- to monitor the budgeting, actual expenses, and cost control, where applicable and report to the Dept Mgr- to monitor, review & improve on the security of the payroll administration system- to review and check the accuracy of monthly salary report and salary allocation report and submit for Dept Mgr's verification- to submit the proposal for renewal of insurance policies to Dept Mgr- to assist in the development of safety & health rules and safety system of work- to participate in safety patrol/SHE/QA/QC Committee meeting and identify areas to improve safety/SHE/quality management activities of the Company- to manage and control to ensure that the departmental processes comply with local procedures requirements- acting as Auditor or Lead Auditor as and when the need arises or when appointed- continually train and motivate subordinates. Instill discipline and develope attitude that encourage productivity, dedication and innovation- other duties or assignment as may be instructed from time to time by Dept Mgr at all time- responsible and maintain of gene
Required work experience :
a) Preferably familiar with payroll system (not mandatory) (we are using BOSS I-Net system)Knowledge b) Preferably holding certificate with the training provider (MEF, etc) on how to set KPIc) Good analytical skills. Preferably Science stream in secondary/high school & taken Additional Mathematics (at least A2 results)d) Preferably have the experience to deal with the regulatory/statutory bodies such as Immigration, EPF, SOCSO, IRB, CIDB, etAt least Degree in Business Admin/HR or related fields5 years or more working relevant experience
