Job Descriptions
01) Manage the rollout and implementation of HR modules.
02)Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operation of HRIS.
03)Oversee the activities of the HRIS team.
04)Provide support for HRIS including, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
05) Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet Business requirements.
06)Coach, mentor and provide direction to the HRIS team to optimize system investments.
07)Advise management on organizational policy matters related to the HRIS.
08)Analyse the report for the need for system enhancement or customization.
09)Support the implementation/maintenance of various modules within system.
10) Drives change management strategies to support improvement in term of process.
11) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
12) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management or other equivalent from reputable universities.
02)A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HRIS manager position.
03)Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
04) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
05) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
06)Hands-on experience with HR database administration
07) Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and able to motivate others.
08)Good knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
09)Success Factors Certifications preferred.
10) Willing to work an extra hour, weekend or public holidays.
11) Clean driving record with good driving ethics.
