Job Descriptions
01) Oversee the entire Customer Service department to ensure continuous support to key customers.
02) Develop the Customer Service department to maintain customer intimacy at scale as well as deliver service excellence to customers.
03) Analyse customers’ feedback and liaise with respective department for corrective and improvement actions.
04) Conduct, facilitate and restructure Customer Visits Program when necessary.
05) Develop customer satisfaction goals, Key Performance Index (KPI) and Key Result Area (KRA), ensuring the team to meet the goals consistently.
06) Support Marketing Team to drive profitable growth.
07) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
08) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Degree in Public Relations, Customer Service, Business Administration or related disciplines from reputable universities
02) 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
03) Ideally proficient in both spoken and written English and other languages are a bonus.
04) Good product knowledge.
05) Sound coordinating skills, quick-acting and a fast responder.
06) Possesses a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
07) Resourceful and mature, with good organisational and people skills.
08) Very meticulous, detailed and thorough.
09) Able to work under pressure and with tight timelines.
