Why does this job exist and why is it critical​
The Executive of Maxis Centre is the store's second person in command and will be focusing in driving operational excellence to deliver and unmatched customer experience at retail. Manage store performance in terms of creating conducive customer journey, speedy and effective resolutions and achieving quality and compliance to standard policies and procedures. To lead, motivate, engage and develop the team to have great service and performance culture. Be a Maxis ambassador who believes that face-to-face interactions play an important role in creating LIKE moments for customers.
What are you accountable for
  • Lead the team to deliverwell-differentiated customer experience inaMaxis Concept Storeprimarily byshowcasingdigital lifestyle solutionsthrough in-store demonstrations and beingasolutionsadvisorto thecustomers.
  • Ensure consistenthigh standards in terms of creating adynamic retail store environment, cultivate the culture ofconstant innovation/experimentationand contributeinfacilitatinga constantlylearning and sharing culturewithactive collaboration with theteam members and keystakeholders.
  • Develop the team for Expert-level solutioning, providingpersonalized conversations with customers to enrich customer's lifestyle and instrumental in delivering end-to-end walk-out-workingexperience .
  • Build a new retail environment enabled withExperiential journeydemonstratingrelevantsolutionstocreate excitement for customers at every engagementopportunityleveraging both ‘digital and ‘physical capabilities and customerinsights.
  • Drive constantlearningand exposure tovarious external partners/solutions providers, advanced retail technologiesin terms of deliveringof lifestyle solutionsand adapt to the world beyondconventionaltelecommunications.
  • Be agreat ambassador of Maxiswithfullycustomer orientedmind-setand a champion in delivering unmatched customerexperience.

What do you need to have for this role
  • Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma(Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
  • Total Work Experience:1 year and above.
  • Total Relevant Experience:Experience in showcasing and conductingdemonstrations preferred.

  • Tech savvy and computer literate.

  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office.

  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong verbal and written Englishlanguage.

  • Obsessed with customers, hospitality, passionate about sales, competitive spirit, and understands people through interactiveconversations.

  • Mandarin-speaking is an addedadvantage.

  • Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, a team player and leadershipqualities.

  • Curious about technology and lifestyle (eg.Music, gaming, travel and wellness).

  • No fraudcases/blacklisthistory.
