  • Aggressively source and book new loans for the Bank.
  • Marketing & selling personal loan/business cash loan/ asb loan & cross sell credit cards & other banks products.
  • Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.
  • Attend road shows and etc. when required.
  • To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products.
  • Cross selling other banking products, when required.
  • Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
  • Ensure Bank's interest is protected at all times.
  • Comply with Bank's policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
  • To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.

  • Adhering to department process and procedures in complying with audit, regulatory, and compliance.
  • Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities.
  • Participate and display teamwork in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programs etc. at all times.
