  • Lead/support the planning and launch of effective marketing campaigns to achieve the business objectives business sales and financial targets.
  • Lead the execution of marketing initiatives of product (i.e. create brand & product awareness, acquire and/or cross sell product to new and existing customers, sales improvement and internal engagement)
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are implemented within the set timeframe within prescribed A&P budget.
  • Ensure communication strategy prioritized on digital marketing aligning to the Bank’s core value and brand promise.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are in compliant with the product’s policy and regulatory framework.
  • Foster active interactions for all sales channels and build a strong business relationship by supporting and addressing enquiries
  •  Support channel alignments on marketing campaign knowledge through effective campaign briefing and internal communications. 
  • Drive product acquisition via digital channel (leads, applications, funding/approval)
  • Lead/support projects that drives incremental business growth
  • Enhance digital acquisition journey for all related products to improve business acquisition and customer experience
