Job Description

  • Provide on-site support for desktop hardware, desktop applications, emails, printer and network related issues
  • Install, de-install, configure and support MS Windows OS, MS Windows applications and others user’s application
  • Perform on-site break/fix problem troubleshooting and resolution
  • Perform hardware and software moves, adds and changes
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Invoke problem escalation process to next level of support
  • Carry out project roll out and installation
* Basic hardware examples: desktop, laptop, printers.
* Intermediate hardware examples: POS, Server and Network first level support
