Job Description:
Strengthen quality control and ensure the quality of operation.
Deal with abnormal quality issue promptly.
Adjust production priority according PC schedule in order to achieve customer’s shipment.
In charge of leading FATP production team to complete department goals.
Responsible for arrangement and assigned daily task of production operator.
Organize OP to produce and complete production tasks with high quality and enough quantity based on production plan.
Improve operation balance based on actual conditions, and arrange staff to make sure production tasks be completed.
Training staff and cultivate team leaders.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Manufacturing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing/assembly line and warehouse management.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (would be value added).
Strong communication skills and able to communicate with all level and able to work independently.
Experienced in managing assembly workers and expose to assembly processes.
Hardworking, responsible and result oriented.
Good integrity and compliance.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
