Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To head the Finance & Administration Department, ensure proper system of internal control and costing and timely preparation of financial reports and costing reports for Management decision.
  • To manage human resource and administration functions of the Company.
  • To manage taxation matters of the Company.
  • To ensure proper functioning of system of internal control and to oversee the accounting, reporting, finance, budgeting, audit and tax functions of Agromate (Pty) Ltd (incorporated in Mauritius), a related party of the Company.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may assigned from time to time by the Management

Requirements:

  • At least Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications ACCA, CPA and etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field is required.

Work Location:  South Africa
Remuneration package will commensurate with qualification and working experience.

The Agromate Holdings group manufactures, markets, and supplies a complete range of top quality fertilisers to plantations especially oil palm, rubber and cocoa, in addition to orchards and vegetable farms in Malaysia and abroad.

The group has an extensive network of warehousing facilities and forwarding services. These infrastructures, coupled with its core business of importing, exporting, and supplying of fertilisers, have made it one of the biggest fertiliser players.
