Responsibilities:1. Contribute and manage for timely and accurate of monthly, quarterly and yearly Group and Company financial reporting.
2. Lead, organize and oversee the group year-end audit for timely submission of accounts.
3. Initiate and recommend an action with respect to certain assignments and highlight to department for concerned.
4. Prepare materials and proof reading of financial information in the Annual Reports.
5. Communicate and Consolidate Group Budget for Group CFO presentation to the Board approval.
6. Improve the financial reporting report by making beneficial additions to the report that will smooth the deliverable of information.
7. Prepare and maintain proper record of intercompany reconciliations.
8. Other ad hoc tasks like debtors project clean up.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Management or any related field
2. Proven work experience as Finance Manager minimum three (3) years with a good track record preferably in the ICT.
3. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
4. Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets.
6. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well and able to work beyond working hours
7. Plans and carries out duties with minimal direction
8. Familiar with desktop applications: MsWords, Excell and Powerpoint
9. Detail oriented, motivated, goal oriented and work well in a team environment.
