Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis and interpretation of financial and business data that includes monthly or quarterly signings, revenue and cost, ultimately resulting in independently developed assessments and recommendations. Understands and anticipates the relationships among plan, budget, or estimate assumptions and data points. Assignments can often require the development of nonstandard, creative formats and analysis.
  • Use models, historical trends and marketplace factors to estimate revenue, cost and other financial data.
  • Demonstrate business knowledge and experience when developing assessments and recommendations, i.e., awareness of business unit strategy, spending rate trends, rate structure etc.
  • Develop forecasts, cost estimates, variance analysis including YTY bridge, bridge vs budget and assessment or other related financial reports and analysis for local organizations
  • Identify problems and performance exposures, providing in-depth yet concise analysis of cause and alternative solution approaches.
  • Resolve any issue and ad hoc query
  • Work closely with CFO and business leaders.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by applying Agile way of working, innovation and growth mindset.

Requirements:
  • Accountancy/Finance certified professionals (eg. ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplines preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of desktop analytical, spreadsheet tools (MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point) and be able to use them to construct in-depth performance analysis. Proficiency in word processing and groupware desktop technology is generally required. Can draw conclusions and recommendations from diverse and not necessarily related data points.
  • Able to write clear, concise and informative reports, and accurately exchanges data with peers and coordinators.
  • Use creativity and judgment to recognize problems and issues which are frequently beyond the scope of established procedures and practice. Provide recommendations to improve existing procedures and practices.
  • Work on special projects related to financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Responds to the project plans of team coordinators and field or division/group headquarters.
  • Able to lead efforts to identify ways to maximize revenue and/or minimize costs, expenses within area of responsibility.
  • Able to work in tight deadlines, prioritize, ability to work under stress and highly outcome focused.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment.
  • Good communication skill with fluent English required
  • Strong stakeholder management
