Job Description :
The Client Service Representative will report to the GBDS Lead. They will be the primary contact for the data image capture services in-countryand ensure proper records are maintained as per standards. This role will work in partnership with various LOBS to ensure strategies, processes & procedures are implemented and adopted.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Process internal client request in accordance to the customer's document processing requirements (ie. completion of work on time and quality)
  • Perform document pick-up, validation, scan, indexing/ encoding, and mailing/delivery/achieving
  • Maintains an efficient and updated filing system of all documents for quick and easyaccess upon request.
  • Process department’s suppliers invoices and payment allocation and submit to immediate head for approval
  • Maintenance of service logs of the assigned equipment’s
    Attend to other business related duties
  • Business information reporting
  • Acts as the mail distribution back up

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent work experience related in digital imaging in a bank environment
  • High degree of self-motivation with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong priority management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • High energy level and sense of urgency
  • Ability to perform with ambiguous and/or changing direction/flexibility a must
  • Ability to learn processes and technology quickly
