What is your mission
  • This position oversees a variety of administrative programs and functions, and often navigate the areas of employee experience and development.
  • Lead high visibility HR programs and own projects involving the strategic transformation of the HR Function
  • Own the chartering of projects and manage execution, go live and project closure with key internal and external stakeholder using project management methodology.
  • Anticipate, plan and execute HR activities in context of broader business decision
  • Have a deep understanding of the businesses and their processes in designated cluster and possess business acumen
  • Participate in establishing and/or controlling HR budget
  • Demonstrate current knowledge of contemporary trends in HR
  • Ensure projects and initiatives are managed with rigor and appropriate follow-up
  • Quickly identify and mitigate risks in projects to ensure timely and effective project execution
  • Understand and embrace use of HRIS technology to improve HR processes
  • Ensure that HR technology tools are used effectively and that HR data standards are enforced.
  • Facilitate change efforts of small-to-moderate scale and complexity
  • Ensure strong employee communications across client groups particularly through times of change
  • Partner with COE on larger-scale change or organization design efforts Requirements
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for
  • Degree in HR, business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience (manufacturing operations)
  • Ability to handle diverse responsibilities and to respond to tight deadlines
  • Energetic personality, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality
