GroupM is the world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for an Executive, Buying (Non-TV Team)to join us.
The GroupM Services team adopt a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering high value and innovative solutions for our Agencies and Agencies clients, including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns.
In this role you will responsible for the implementation and execution of Non-TV traditional campaigns for a portfolio of GroupM Agency's clients.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
  • Good understanding of GMS buying processes and media terminologies.
  • Familiarize with media systems and media tools functionality.

In six months:
  • Independently execute campaign implementation for assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Monitor, manage and report on clients budgets and deliveries of client's KPI.
  • Coordinate with respective parties on tracking campaign performance
  • 100% compliances with finance processes and GroupM policies and procedures

In 12 months:
  • Perform post campaign report analysis and provide future media recommendations
  • Crisis management and maximize campaign performance


What your day job looks like at GroupM:
  • Independently execute Non-TV traditional campaigns (such as radio, OOH, Cinema) for the assigned portfolio of clients
  • Monitor, manage and report on clients budgets and deliveries of clients KPI across offline media
  • Coordinate with respective parties on tracking data for weekly monitoring performance
  • Create and maintain Material Requirements for campaigns, including liaising with external parties
  • Ensure the best in class process is adhered to for all campaign operations
  • Work closely with all team members to improve working efficiency and effectiveness
  • Learn new tools and delivery technologies to maximize campaign performance
  • Develop strong relationships with Non-TV traditional media owners, technology partners to understand their product offering, key differentiation and technical ads specifications
  • Contribute actionable insights and analysis to mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent diploma in disciplines as STEM, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Business Studies or relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Passionate about Media and Advertising and eager to keep learning
