Job Description :
1.To liaise with PJ Office for MM2H applications / Visa endorsement from direct customers / walk-in, Japanese and other agents.2.To handle sale and rental of property – viewing, liaising with agents/lawyers/ regulatory bodies and property administration for the said property3. To manage property maintenance, renovation matters and defect check for our customers4. To handle all scopes of paperwork and keep updated on latest news and policies related to MM2H, Tour and Property 5. Manage and update Tropical Resorts English website for JB Office6. To handle inquiries and booking of hotels, air tickets, golf, transfer and tours for Japanese agents, customers and for all office staffs.7. To ensure all enquiries, bookings and schedules are well attended, confirmed accordingly and updated.8. Contact Tour Guides and fix assignments.9. To monitor customer bookings, hotel and transportation payments.10. To handle and assist for daily office schedule, arrange appointments and tours11. To make company Driver’s assignments, appointments and schedule.12. To monitor hotel contracts and update it accordingly.
Required work experience :
* Working experience in tourism/property and customer service * Must have Japanese proficiency (N2 level above)
