Job Description

  • Develop credit card product strategy incorporating personalised customer value management (CVP) and delivery via digital channels

  • Managed existing co-brand (Enrich, Petronas, TNG, Tesco) and new co-brand relationships

  • Plan and execute card product campaigns and segment cards (i.e. Preferred Visa Infinite)

  • Drive CVM and digital agenda across all card products

  • End- to-end management of process flow for all card products

  • Explore and manage new and existing digital card partnerships

  • Work with risk to drive all risk related initiatives to facilitate acquisition

  • Build and execute cross sell strategy and programs into our cards base -to increase AVPH
  • Qualifications

  • Experienced in card product management with co-brand card management experience

  • Think out of the box and energetic and good critical thinking skillset

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Good people managing skills - handling both internal and external

  • Able to manage a team of card product specialist

  • Thrive in a fast paced environment with tight timelines

  • Digitally savvy and able to adopt new and innovative approach to run card products
