We are currently looking for experiencedHead of Ecommerceto be part of our Consumer Healthcare business based at Ulu Kelang office. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering category sales and market share objectives via developing strong channel and shopper plans that will help influence the shopper along the ‘path to purchase’. You will take the category and shopper strategy from the Head-Trade Marketing, and translate this into channel plans and shopper activation.
Other Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of channel plans as per agreed channel strategy.
  • Understand the overall category objectives and strategies from the consumer and trade marketing team.
  • Use the channel strategy framework to develop and implement channel plans
  • Analyse category performances by channel, and GSK brands performance within these channels to identify opportunities and gaps
  • Prioritizing the opportunities based on of prize, category objectives and GSK focus areas
  • Lead the development and implementation of channel strategies and plans to capitalize on the identified opportunities and gaps
  • Lead the development and implementation of e-Retail Standards (e.g., product listing and update, product and pack architecture) for respective brands for the assigned channels
  • Champion Shopper and Channel agendas in Category Meetings.
  • Lead the development and implementation of channel specific shopper activation plans.
  • Based on learnings from past shopper activation, to develop channel objectives and plans to deliver the overall shopper objectives and strategy
  • Work closely with the e-distributors on ensuring smooth and effective deployment of the shopper activation plans
  • Lead development of appropriate POP materials/structures and ensure the roll out and usage of these items by e-distributors.
  • Help in the development of the demand forecast via providing input from the sales and channel perspective.
  • Support e-commerce development with data analysis that is related to e-channel trends.
  • Collect sell-out records and report back into the company for post sales strategy review.
  • Lead the development of customized promotions by customers/channels.
  • Responsible for Financial P&L for e-commerce activities.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing/ Sales working in FMCGs / Consumer Health / Beauty Care environment
  • Min 2 years of experience in Ecommer
  • Strong understanding of channel and customer operations
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong process and project management skills
