Remuneration: basic + bonus
· The Head of Sales has the primary role of leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole. The Head of Sales defines and communicates the business’s KPIs and targets to junior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business’s commercial performance.
· To maintain and develop new business potential corporate clients including Small-and- Medium-d Enterprises and Industries ('SME or SMI'), Multi-National Companies ('MNC') and Public Listed Companies ('PLC').
· To Initiate business plan, executive & monitor effectively to achieve pre-set key driver target
· Develop, guide and manage associates KPI on the achievement of agreed sales, service quality and career development
· To ensure proper implementation and full participation in internal activities and other related programs.
1. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the Risk Management industry or any related fields.
2. Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese in order to communicate effectively with people at all levels
3. Able to execute sales strategic plans effectively
4. Processes good training and sales coaching skills
5. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
6. Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivated are essential.
