Primary Objective:
  • Provide strategic direction and forge cooperation with stakeholders (internal or external) in building formidable Risk Transformation team to roll out transformation projects mandated by Management.
  • Run the integrated Project Management Office (PMO) for all 'change projects' of Group Risk & Credit Management

Key Responsibilities:
    Provide strategic direction and forge cooperation with stakeholders (internal or external) in building formidable Risk Transformation team to roll out transformation projects mandated by Management Managing the full range of change projects being undertaken within the Risk function Drive project prioritisation - both at planning stage and on an ongoing basis Provide portfolio reporting on full slate of projects in risk functions and for the regular reporting (e.g. Risk committees) Runs the integrated PMO for all ‘change projects running in risk department (note: project owners may be in different risk functions or external vendors and the support is limited to PMO support) Own and run projects of strategic importance related to risk (note: given the Enterprise nature of projects, they are owned by this team) Monitor day-to-day project management Ensure consistency in project management tools and frameworks being used with similar functions in the other part of the bank SWAT Analytics/Analysis Support to resolve unforeseen problems and to support general delivery of projects where running into trouble

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .
Minimum of 10 years of experience in system/project implementation and experience in banking industry especially with risk knowledge is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge in Basel, risk related regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in project management mainly in Risk related projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
