Job Description

  • Mentoring and training other technical support staff on technical and procedural matters.
  • Analysing and providing technical backup and support.
  • Driving continuous improvement on escalation process in order to resolve the raised issues.
  • Overseeing management of help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strategising on pre-emptive resolution of all hardware and software issues; and managing configuration of all new systems and testing on all deployment projects.
  • Performing ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance.
