Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor degree in any field.
2. Strong English and Good interpersonal skills
3. Strong Communication Skill in verbal and written
4. At least 2 years experiences in Call Center, Customer Service environment
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights 6. Full-Time position(s) Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
• Deal directly with client or client’s employee interactions regarding payroll or Employee Self Service system (ESS) related issues by email or phone
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Recognize client’s employees problems and resolve it to employees’ satisfaction directly or by escalating to the proper channel.
• Feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.
• Communicate and coordinate between client and internal departments
• To act as mentor for personnel
