- Oversee the entire end to end eCommerce product development
- Lead backend product development team to setting and defining the product roadmap
- Define and manage product backlog with teams of product owners
- Set high-level product requirement, lead the team help team in understanding requirements, and act as the voice of the customer during implementation
- Drive interdepartmental and cross-functional teams (Business, User experience, Creative, Middleware, backend, engineering, and Analytics team) and lead them from concept to launch of the product
- Define key performance indicators for products, measure and publish them
- Plan and Manage product testing with the QA team in order to achieve quality product deliverables
- Define and manage product backlog with teams of product owners
- Lead backend product development team to setting and defining the product roadmap
