YOUR TASKS
  • To be business partner to line management, implementing and providing market-level support for human resources policies and management processes with the objective to ensure an effective workforce.
  • The incumbent will need to be able to provide advice and consultation to managers on best practices.
  • Supports the business Human Resource Management in ensuring the workforce has the capability (structure, skills & knowledge, culture & mindset) to achieve the business plan
  • Supports Business Human Resource Management (BHRM) in the review and implementation of local HR policies, practices and processes to build workforce capability
  • Implementation HR interventions and support BHRM in developing a positive leadership style that strengthens and improves employee engagement.
  • Provides effective and cost efficient HR management systems and processes
  • Develops or facilitates the development of pragmatic solutions to HR issues
  • Acts a functional HR lead to the business and facilitates the development and execution of pragmatic solutions to HR issues
  • Acts as a sounding board and conscience for the Functional group ensuring that decision made are aligned with policies and procedures.
  • Guides and advises the function in all aspects of HR
  • This includes Recruitment, Talent Review, Training & Development, Employee Engagement and Adhoc Projects.
  • To ensure proper documentation, arrangement, correspondences, report, filling and record are consistent with office guidelines and procedures

YOUR PROFILE
• Exhibits an execptional degree of ingenuity, ,creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
• Typicaly requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 2- 3years of working experience.
